Perspectives on Leadership,
Growth and Becoming.

Leadership is rarely changed by one idea. It evolves through experience, reflection, conversations and the questions we continue to carry. Our insights explore leadership from different angles: the inner work, the outward expression, the evolution of GCCs, and the wisdom that continues to shape how we think about leading.

Our Point of View

We believe the future of leadership development will be less about teaching leaders what to think, and more about helping them discover how they think.

That is why our writing rarely offers quick answers. Instead, it offers perspectives. Questions. Experiences. Ideas that stay with you long after you have finished reading. Our work is organised into five ongoing collections, a library of thought, not a blog. Each collection explores leadership from a different angle. Together, they represent the evolving body of thought behind Waqt Gurus.

    Gratitude

A short reflection on what gratitude does to judgment, and why it is the first thing seniority erodes.

    Why We Write

We don’t write to demonstrate expertise. We write to deepen conversations.

Sometimes an article helps a leader name something they have been feeling but couldn’t quite describe. Sometimes a different perspective unlocks a new possibility. Sometimes a single question stays with someone for weeks. If that happens, the article has done its work.

Because meaningful leadership growth often begins with a moment of recognition.

    If something you’ve read here
    has stayed with you —

If it has challenged your thinking, or simply given language to something you’ve been experiencing, we would love to continue the conversation.
